FOR CHILDREN, CTEEN JR. and CTEEN

A special Family Program is held on the High Holidays for children ages 5+ in the multi-purpose room, with parents welcome to join. There is a simultaneous program for ages 2 – 4, led by our Youth Directors.

The programs feature scaled-down Synagogue furnishings, songs, stories, games with Jewish themes and a taste of special holiday treats. Children and adults will relate to the deeper meaning of the holidays and appreciate the experience.

Wednesday & Thursday Evening, Sept. 20 and 21 ~ Rosh Hashanah Eve

6:15pm Candle Lighting & Parents’ Blessing (Main Sanctuary)
6:30pm Kol Nidrei Procession and Recital (Main Sanctuary)
6:30pm Family Program (until 8:00pm)
Saturday, Sept. 30 ~ Yom Kippur Day
11:00am Family Program Led by Rabbi Feldman

6:50pm Children and Adults in Main Sanctuary – Inspirational Declaration by all of “Shema Yisrael!” Shofar Blast and Triumphant Victory Dance!
7:18pm Shofar Blast, 5 min. Evening Service, Havdalah and Break-Fast
